We currently have our house listed through a real estate company. Our contract expires soon. We have possibly found a buyer for our house but they wont be able to move until october. How do we go about selling it ourselves? Do we hire a lawyer? We would be saving about 10,000 in realtor fees and would like to take a cheaper route to sell atm. Can someone provide a step by step process. about how much would it cost?

My house is on the market For Sale By Owner. I’ve already paid to have it listed in the MLS & on Realtor.com. We have had some activity, and are extremely motivated to sell, what else can I do? I’m having open houses all weekend long. I need the house to sell, otherwise we will be in foreclosure shortly because my husband lost his job.

The price is super super low, I just need to get the word out … any ideas?

Who pays the buyer’s broker in a FSBO (For Sale by Owner) property?

I noticed that for some FSBO properties, the seller clearly states no brokers. However, in this one property, the seller welcomes buyer’s brokers. Who will end up paying the buyer’s broker fee? Is it the buyer or seller?

Okay so I’m selling a car for 00. The people I’m selling to want to make payments in about 0 increments. How do I go about this to make sure I don’t get scammed? Do I go through a bank or something?
I want to do it this way, I don’t mind. I’m just wondering if there’s some kind of paperwork i can fill out & have them sign saying that if they crash it blah blah blah, they still have to pay it off.

In my contact I have agreed to pay 2.5% to my realtor on for sale by owner properties. However, I found this property myself and the realtor has not been part of my negotiations. i don’t want to pay her fee as she has done nothing. is there a way out?
We signed a rental agreement that on for sale by owners we pay our agent if the sellers will not. however, we are doing our own negotions, etc so we feel our relator hasnt earned her commission.
